Greg brings over 35 years of experience partnering with government agencies to modernize systems, combat fraud, and strengthen program integrity. His career spans leadership roles as Vice President at Thomson Reuters Risk and Fraud Division, President of Pondera Solutions, and Vice President of Oracle State and Local Government.
Linda Miller
Co-Founder
Linda is a national authority on fraud prevention and detection with decades of public sector leadership. In addition to founding the Program Integrity Alliance, she served as Deputy Executive Director of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee and led the Government Accountability Office's development of the Fraud Risk Management Framework. A sought-after speaker and media commentator, Linda testifies regularly before Congress, and has been featured on 60 Minutes, NBC News, and CNN for her expertise in safeguarding public programs.
Clint Eisenhower
Chief Operating Officer
Clint brings deep expertise in government program integrity and fraud prevention. He previously served as a Deputy Director at the CMS Center for Program Integrity, Program Integrity Director for Pennsylvania's Department of Human Services, and Assistant to the Pennsylvania Auditor General. He also worked in private sector leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, Mathematica, and Abt Global.
Alyssa Harris
Chief Financial Officer
Alyssa brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, tax strategy, and multi-industry consulting. She previously served as Practice Lead at BFBA specializing in R&D tax credits and consulting services, and was a Founder and Partner of tax firm Galt CPA.
Tom Lucero
Chief Technology Officer
Tom brings decades of experience building secure, scalable fraud detection and healthcare solutions for both public and private sectors. He served as Chief Technology Officer at Plum Identity and Pondera Solutions, an IT Executive at Thomson Reuters, and a Technical Lead with the California Department of Public Health.
